In 2015 Design Squared Landscape Architects were commissioned for the design and build of a high-end retirement village in Wellington.
The perimeter layout of the village gave scope to developing high quality internal courtyards that served not only as visual amenity from apartment and care rooms, but also as spaces that residents could engage with through physical activity.
